Return & Exchange Policy

Raajsi Jaipur is committed to customer satisfaction. Please read our policies below:

Size Exchange:

  • Request must be made within 24 hours of delivery by emailing contact@raajsijaipur.in
  • If reverse pickup is supported in your area, we’ll arrange it. Charges apply
  • If reverse pickup is not available, self-shipping is required with customer name and phone number clearly marked
  • If the desired size is out of stock, a credit note will be issued
  • Exchanges are applicable only for size issues

Sale Items:

  • Items bought during sales, or with discounts, vouchers, or coupons, are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable

Damaged/Wrong Product:

  • Inform us within 24 hours of receiving the item
  • Contact via WhatsApp (+91 9950504830) or email
  • We will replace the item or issue credit/store credit if a replacement is unavailable

Cancellations:

  • Prepaid orders are non-cancellable
  • COD orders can be cancelled within 24 hours by contacting us

Returns:

  • Applicable only for defective, damaged, or wrong items
  • Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
  • We will arrange a return pickup if possible

International Orders:

  • No return, exchange, or cancellation allowed
  • Duties and taxes are to be paid by the customer
